This dashboard is designed to help you understand performance, spot trends, and compare results across your creators, accounts, and tracking links — all in one place.

Below, you’ll find a general overview video, followed by clear sections that explain each part of the dashboard in more detail.

Each section can also be accessed individually, with its own dedicated guide and video.

🎥 Dashboard Overview Video

This video provides a high-level walkthrough of the OFM Pro Dashboard, showing all main tabs and how they connect.

Use this video if you’re new to the dashboard or want a quick understanding of what’s available.

1. What Is the OFM Pro Dashboard?

The OFM Pro Dashboard is a performance overview and comparison tool.

It allows you to:

  • View all your creators, accounts, and tracking links in one place

  • Compare performance side by side

  • Identify trends over time

  • Make faster, data-informed decisions

The dashboard focuses on insights and comparisons — it is not intended to replace financial or platform-native reports.

2. Dashboard Sections

Each section below links to a more detailed guide and video.

📌 2.1 Leaderboards

Leaderboards provide a quick snapshot of top-performing accounts and tracking links.

You can see:

  • Top Accounts, ranked by follower count

  • Top Tracking Links, ranked by visitor count

  • Associated platforms and creators

This section is designed for fast visibility and scale comparison.

🔗 2.2 Tracking Links Analytics

The Tracking Links section helps you understand traffic performance and quality.

You’ll find insights such as:

  • Total visits over time

  • Allowed visits and blocked rate

  • Traffic sources (referrers)

  • Top countries

  • User devices

This section is especially useful for understanding where traffic comes from and how audiences access your links.

👤 2.3 Accounts Analytics

The Accounts section focuses on account-level performance and growth.

It includes:

  • Total followers

  • Followers gained and lost

  • Growth trends over time

  • Comparisons across accounts, creators, and platforms

Use this section to evaluate creator growth and compare performance without opening individual accounts.

🔍 2.4 Comparisons & Filters

Across the dashboard, you can use filters and comparison tools to refine your analysis.

You can:

  • Compare multiple creators

  • Compare multiple accounts

  • Compare multiple tracking links

  • Adjust the time range

This allows you to tailor insights to your specific goals.

3. How to Use the Dashboard Effectively

To get the most value from the dashboard:

  • Focus on comparisons, not single data points

  • Look for trends over time rather than daily fluctuations

  • Compare creators or accounts with similar goals

  • Use the dashboard as a decision-support tool

Most insights can be identified at a glance without deep navigation.

4. Understanding the Data

Important notes about the data shown:

  • Metrics may be aggregated across multiple sources

  • Some values may be normalized or modeled

  • Data updates may not be instantaneous

  • Numbers may differ slightly from platform-native analytics

This is expected due to differences in how platforms process and report data.

5. Need Help?

If you have questions about:

  • How to interpret metrics

  • Differences between dashboard data and platform data

  • How to use comparisons effectively

Our support team is happy to help.
