Overview
Creator Requests is your central hub for assigning, tracking, and managing content requests for your Instagram and TikTok creators. With a few simple steps, you can assign trends, upload your own content, and communicate clearly with your creators through their own private portals.
đ§ How It Works
1. Accessing the Creator Requests Page
Head to the Creator Requests section in OFM Pro.
Youâll see a list of all your creators and their current request status.
If a creator has no outstanding tasks, their card will say âAll completed.â
If they do, the number of pending requests will be visible.
Use the search bar in the top left to quickly filter creators by name.
2. Viewing & Managing Requests
Click on a creatorâs card to open their request dashboard.
The default view shows Pending requests.
Switch to Completed to view past submissions.
3. Assigning Trends as Requests
Go to the Instagram or TikTok Trends page.
Select a trend (or multiple trends) by checking the top left box on each trend card.
Click âAdd to requests.â
Use the notification pop-up to jump straight to the newly created request.
4. Adding Instructions
In the creatorâs pending requests view, click into any request to add a note or specific instructions (e.g., âFilm 3 variations in different outfitsâ).
5. Completing Tasks
If your creator forgets to mark a task as complete:
You can manually mark it complete using the top right button on each card.
Or mark all as complete using the bulk action at the top of the page.
6. Uploading Custom Media
If a trend isnât listed in OFM, you can upload your own:
Click âAdd custom media.â
Paste the URL of the TikTok or Reel.
It will appear shortly in your creatorâs pending list.
7. Using the Creator Portal
Every creator has a personalized and password-protected portal.
Share the portal link with your creator.
They can:
View pending tasks
Read your notes
Upload content
Mark tasks as complete
