Summary
When managing operations at scale, staying organized is critical to success. That’s why we’ve implemented a tagging system across the platform. Tags act as flexible, custom labels that help you filter, group, and locate key data—exactly how your agency works.
📌 What Are Tags and How Do They Work?
Tags ≠ Creators:
Creators are already a dedicated field in the platform—so you don’t need to use tags to identify them.
Tags = Custom Fields:
Use tags to group accounts, assets, or requests by anything that makes sense for your agency (e.g., manager, strategy, proxy, device type, etc.).
💡 Use Cases for Tags
Team Management:
If Jimmy manages 5 Instagram accounts, tag those accounts with “Jimmy” to easily filter and locate them.
Operational Filtering:
Group accounts by:
Phone type
Proxy provider
Assigned strategy
Device location
Scalable Sorting:
As your agency grows, tags give you fast visibility and control over your entire account structure.
✅ How to Use Tags
When adding or editing an account, look for the Tags field.
Type your desired tag (e.g., “Jimmy”, “Proxy-A”, “High-Volume”).
Apply multiple tags as needed.
Use the filter or search tools in any relevant view to filter by tag.
Tags are a simple but powerful way to customize and streamline your agency’s workflow.
