Overview
Each creator in OFM Pro can be given access to their own personalized portal. If you've enabled password protection, it's important to manage and share that password with them so they can access their tasks securely.
✏️ How to Check or Update a Creator's Portal Password
Go to the Creators Page
Navigate to the Creators section in your OFM Pro dashboard.
Select the Creator
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the right-hand side of the creator you want to edit.
Click “Edit”
This will open the creator’s details.
Enable Password Protection
If password protection is not yet enabled, toggle it on.
Set or Update the Password
Scroll to the bottom and enter the new password.
Save Changes
Click Update Creator to apply the changes.
Share the Password
Be sure to communicate the password to your creator so they can access their portal.

You can enable, change, or update a creator’s portal password anytime by heading to the Creators section, clicking Edit, toggling password protection on, and typing your new password. Don’t forget to share it with your creator.
