Overview
Requests in OFM Pro begin in the pending state and can be moved to completed once the content has been uploaded. You or your creator can update this status—here’s how.
🔁 Two Ways to Change a Request’s Status from Pending to Completed
🔹 Option 1: From the Agency Dashboard
Go to Requests
Navigate to the Requests tab on your dashboard.
Select the Creator
Use the search or list to choose the correct creator.
Find the Request
Look under the Pending tab for the relevant trend/task.
Mark as Complete
Click the button in the top right corner of the request card.
A box will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Click “Mark as Complete”.
The request will now move to your Completed view.
🔹 Option 2: From the Creator Portal
Upload Content
The creator should upload the required content directly to the task in their portal.
Click “Submit”
Once the content is uploaded, the creator must press the Submit button.
This automatically moves the task from Pending to Completed.
📝 Summary
You can mark a creator’s request as complete either:
From the agency side, using the dashboard.
Or from the creator’s portal, after the creator uploads and submits content.
Both paths will update the task status and help keep your workflow clean and organized.
