Preview Media Button
The Preview Media button is a new feature in the Request Portal that allows users to view media files directly without the need to download them. This provides a faster and more convenient way to access content while keeping files secure.
Access the Request Portal: Log in to OFM Pro and navigate to the Request Portal.
Select any Creator from the List
Navigate to the Completed tab
Click the “Preview” Button:
The media will open in a embedded pop up viewer within the portal. You can scroll, zoom, or play (for videos) without downloading the file.
