📽️ Understanding the Video Info Overlay in OFM Pro

Updated over 4 months ago

When viewing videos on OFM Pro, you’ll notice a small floating information panel (or “overlay”) that appears on the video player. This panel provides at-a-glance performance insights for that specific video, helping creators and teams quickly understand how their content is performing across the platform.

Here’s what each element in the overlay means:

Views
The total number of times the video has been played. A single user can contribute multiple views if they watch the video more than once. This metric provides a quick snapshot of how much reach or exposure the video has generated.

Likes
The total number of likes a video has received from viewers. Likes are a direct measure of positive engagement — the higher the number, the more the audience is enjoying the content.

Comments
The number of comments on the video. Comments often reflect deeper engagement and can signal strong community interaction or discussion around the post.

Shares
The number of times the video has been shared by viewers. Shares are one of the strongest indicators of organic reach, as they extend your content to new audiences and often drive additional engagement.

Virality Score
The Virality Score represents how a video is performing compared to other videos across the entire OFM Pro platform.

This score takes into account multiple engagement factors — including views, likes, comments, and shares — to determine how strongly a video is trending overall.

  • A higher virality score means the video is performing well above the platform average.

  • A lower score suggests the video is performing closer to or below the typical benchmark seen across all videos.

This is designed to give you a quick sense of how your video stacks up against all other content, not just your own.

Top Videos Ranking (Per Account)
In addition to the global virality score, OFM Pro also provides an internal Top Videos ranking on each creator’s profile.
This ranking compares how a creator’s own videos perform relative to one another, based on engagement and overall activity.

  • The Top Videos section helps you identify which pieces of content perform best within your personal catalog.

  • Unlike the virality score, this ranking is only within your account, not across the entire platform.

💡Tip

Use the Virality Score to gauge how well your video is trending globally, and use your Top Videos list to refine your personal content strategy — identifying what resonates most with your unique audience.
